Ask them how they're progressing--via email or face-to-face conversations.
Let them know you, their colleagues, their administrators, 21clc project director are here to support them.
Drop encouraging notes in their mailboxes.
Give them an inexpensive treat (Coke, candy, pen...) to celebrate accomplishments and encourage them to keep working.
Update rest of faculty on team progress in faculty meetings.
Thank them often for their commitment to lifelong learning and to improving their professional practice.
